Willie was so helpful. He was very funny and liked to make jokes (Northeast sense of humor). He did show us one other car, but when I told him the price range we were looking at he didn't try to upsell us. He understood as college students there are limits to what we can afford. The whole process was very painless. When my wife wanted a little bit more time to think about it, he didn't try to convince us to buy the car, but gave us our space. She was very impressed the the dealership. We came back that same evening and finished the process. They also appraised the truck that I traded in $350 more than another dealership we took it to.
