Lance and really the whole dealership was awesome. We have bought a lot of new cars from many dealerships and Murdoch Hyundai is the only one we will go to anymore. We buy a new car from lance every 12-15 months and there is a reason we continue to go to him. You don't know what a dealer really can do for you until you go to Murdoch Hyundai. First, I know a lot about Hyundai... it's a great company that offers a superior product. But it is Willie who makes it happen. His easy-going manner... here, consultant really means something other than salesperson. There's no push, no hard sell. Just answers to questions and advice on which Hyundai fits you. Willie is the guy I call when I want to buy a car. Nuf' said. More

Willie was so helpful. He was very funny and liked to make jokes (Northeast sense of humor). My wife and I have been to several dealerships, but Willie wasn't like any of the sales reps we have talked to make jokes (Northeast sense of humor). I told him what car we wanted to look at beforehand and that is the first car he took us to. He did show us one other car, but when I told him the price range we were looking at he didn't try to upsell us. He understood as college students there are limits to what we can afford. The whole process was very painless. When my wife wanted a little bit more time to think about it, he didn't try to convince us to buy the car, but gave us our space. She was very impressed the the dealership. We came back that same evening and finished the process. They also appraised the truck that I traded in $350 more than another dealership we took it to. The original purchase was made through Daryl Ball and he was very thorough and professional--everything was explained in detail. I was told I could get free car washes. Being a sales associate myself, I always make a point to "not be sold" on a product. Mike was great and I did not feel any pressure at all to buy. Ryan Baker is a great guy who knows his product well; he was a Hyundai owner before he became a Hyundai salesman. And Mike Hatfield is a paperwork wizard. He helped us arrange financing, register our new car, and coordinate for the after-market products. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and so incredibly nice. We really like seeing all our Murdock friends--it's almost too bad that our Sonata is so reliable, it would be nice to see them more often. More
