Working with Joe Macedone to purchase a car was by far the best experience I have ever had with car sales. When I wanted to look underneath the car I was considering, Joe arranged for the car to be lifted up in the shop so I could inspect the underside. Joe went to bat for me three times on the price, but more than that he made sure I could program an old car remote to work with the car I was purchasing. When I came back a week later he personally washed my car, in his shirt and tie, to made good on a promise that I could have the car bra removed and washed. Joe even pulled out rags and solvent to rub away any spots of road grime that had not been cleaned underneath the car bra. In every instance, Joe Macedone went way beyond what I expected to make sure I was satisfied, and made sure every promise was fulfilled.
