Best Car Buying Experience! I can't say enough good things about the Murdock dealerships and their awesome sales and financing staff, especially at the Hyundai dealership in Lind I can't say enough good things about the Murdock dealerships and their awesome sales and financing staff, especially at the Hyundai dealership in Lindon. The car we purchased yesterday is the first one at this location, but the 6th we've purchased from Murdock. One of the reasons why we love Murdock is because there aren't the vulturistic salespeople swarming around the car lot ready to swoop in on potential customers. Murdock Hyundai of Lindon, like the other Murdock dealerships, has a different feel at their dealerships than all others. There is no stress, no pressure, everyone smiles and greets you and asks if you need anything. The sales floor is clean and bustling with business. We don't live close to the Lindon store, but there was a specific car we wanted to look at. We had set up a test drive with a very professional and friendly gentleman named Jon Loveless. He was very interested in us and what we were looking for. My conversations with Jon via text prior to arriving were informative and got right to the point. He wasn't pushy or asking the typical annoying salesperson questions. When we went on the test drive with him, we were absolutely impressed with his knowledge of the make and model and all the cool features. We pulled over and he took the time to show us each of the options and answered any questions. Jon was there to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable during the entire process. The negotiations for the purchase price was painless. None of the haggling and back and forth games other dealerships play. Even though we've bought many a car over the years, this was one of the most fun and easy car buying experiences we've had. Jon was easy-going, yet professional and very comfortable to speak with. We highly recommend Jon Loveless to anyone out there looking for a great car buying experience. Another person we wanted to make a shout out to is Mike Dillenbeck, our finance guru. Mike was very friendly and walked us through the customary financing and paper signing routine. He was clear and concise and really knew his stuff. We could tell he loves his job and cares about his customers. Again, there’s a different feel at Murdock. Murdock Lindon Hyundai is no exception. Because of yesterday’s and previous car buying experiences we’ve had with the Murdock family, we will do it again. And we will drive the extra distance to the Lindon location. Excellent Experience Daryl Ball was our sales rep, I had decided to go check out a car out of the blue as I found a listing and had been casually browsing for a used 2018 Daryl Ball was our sales rep, I had decided to go check out a car out of the blue as I found a listing and had been casually browsing for a used 2018 Mazda 3 with 6 speed manual for quite awhile, just waiting for the right deal to come around within my budget. Daryl was really awesome to work with, no pressure, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it wasn't even a Hyundai. I wanted to check out a New 2019 Mazda 3 6 speed manual and told them I intended to compare the two, Daryl and his manager were able to give me ballpark out the door figures so I could compare total cost to a new vehicle. I went to another dealer and test drove the 2019. After consideration, I ended up going for the 2018 and we were able to agree on a final price. Daryl was really efficient and we closed the deal within about 1-2 hours. They didn't try to hard sell me on crazy warranties and I appreciated their openness and allowing me the time to thoroughly review all the paperwork before signing. The car itself has been awesome, and Daryl really brought the whole experience together. More

We reviewed the Tucson then the Santa Fe and went on three test drives with Mike: First with Mike Ames is a topic notch sales rep for Hyundai Lindon. We reviewed the Tucson then the Santa Fe and went on three test drives with Mike: First with a Tucson, then Santa Fe SEL, lastly with Santa Fe SEL Plus. Throughout Mike was patient and observant and provided insights on each car. After we left decided with the Santa Fe SEL, and was to wait until the next morning to pick it up, Mike was equally courteous with my call later that evening that we prefer the Santa Fe SEL Plus instead. Mike and the Service Team brought the Plus down for us from Salt Lake City that evening and made it ready for trial run, a look and go over with the features of it, allowed for yet another test drive of the Plus before we settled on it the following morning. Love the car. Very happy with the process and hope to work with Mike when we come back in a few years. PS: During our first buy, June 29, 2012, Blake Murdock provided special attention to our first Santa Fe (2012) buy. Keep up the good work Blake.
