Worst Experience Ever I was in the market for a new vehicle and had decided on a 2500 or 3500 Duramax 4 dr. I went into Murdock Chevrolet as I had purchased several vehicle I was in the market for a new vehicle and had decided on a 2500 or 3500 Duramax 4 dr. I went into Murdock Chevrolet as I had purchased several vehicles from them in the past (Loyal Customer). I found a used 2013 Chev 3500 Burgundy with tan leather that caught my eye. I Was planning on a trade in of a 2008 Ford Escape limited and already knew what it was worth on a trade in. I was quoted the same trade in value by Murdock and was ready to go. As they were closing and I had been there a few hours, I arranged to return the next night. Worst experience ever, I was told a different price for the truck which was now $2000 more and also told my trade in was not worth anything. Unfortunately the price of the truck went up again by another $4000 and then they started to push a 2008 black Duramax on me that was owned by the owners son. They even offered to put $2000 worth of tires on it as they really wanted to get rid of that truck. I will never purchase from Murdock Chevrolet ever again. I have asked them nicely to stop contacting me. To this day they still contact me wanting to buy the Ford Escape. Please for the last time. Stop trying to contact me. You have lost my business. More
