Great car buying experience Nice, clean dealership & very helpful. I’ve bought cars there before & that’s why I went back. They’re a Chevy dealer & I bought a used Nissan that th Nice, clean dealership & very helpful. I’ve bought cars there before & that’s why I went back. They’re a Chevy dealer & I bought a used Nissan that they just happened to have so I think I probably had more knowledge about the features just from my own research, but my salesman Robert did a great job & was very friendly & accommodating. The finance process took a little longer than usual & when i finally went in to sign the papers the finance guy had it all calculated that I had already chosen the extra aftermarket warranty even though nobody had talked to me about it. It seemed he was almost trying to hide that in my monthly payment. I then had to ask him specific questions all about the warranty (even though I pretty much knew everything about them - this isn’t my first car purchase by a long shot), & when I told him I didn’t want the extra warranty he seemed put off & then just tried to get me out of there as quickly as possible. The delivery process was quick and easy and they had done a few minor changes to the car that I had requested before the purchase. All in all it was a great experience. More

Great experience I didn't think buying a vehicle from a dealership would be anything other than grueling. But Ben at Chevrolet Murdock took care of me. He listened to what I was looking for and stayed within my price range. He went above and beyond in staying a couple late nights, letting me test drive an off-road vehicle on an actual trail, he notified me when the vehicle I might be interested in came down in price and came in on his day off to make sure I could be the one to test drive and eventually buy it (as it was in high demand). I really did enjoy my experience and love the car that I'm in. Thanks Ben! More

BAD EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY!! Came in looking for a Suburban and found a 2015 that we liked. We were looking to trade in our Odyssey and was told by Kelly the Manager/Owner from wh Came in looking for a Suburban and found a 2015 that we liked. We were looking to trade in our Odyssey and was told by Kelly the Manager/Owner from what we were told that it was wrecked and had been painted and needed all kind of work. My vehicle had no record of ever being wrecked or painted for repairs and also shows on Carfax and Autocheck as no accidents completely clear title also no signs of it ever being wrecked. I also took it to a body shop to asked him about my vehicle and he said there was no signs of any accident ever on my vehicle. That’s from a auto repair expert! This dealership is a fraud looking to lowball you on a trade and act like what they have is Gold. My experience was very unprofessional especially with Shad and Kelly. More
