I recently purchased a 2008 chevrolet Silverado from Murdock Chevrolet. Kyle Fisher went above and beyond to take care of me. I went to a total of 7 dealerships looking for a vehicle and no one else treated me as good as Kyle did. Next time I need a vehicle I won't even go anywhere else. More

He had to unhook the battery at the time of replacement thereby causing the computer to no longer recognize my keyless entry. I called Charles in the service department at Murdock Chevrolet in Woods Cross, Utah. He said bring it on over during your lunch break. I am so glad I did. I was in and out in under ten minutes. Chase was very helpful, forthright and considerate. My wife has some physical limitations and Chase remembered to take them into consideration, especially when he "wanted to close the deal" but my wife ne wife has some physical limitations and Chase remembered to take them into consideration, especially when he "wanted to close the deal" but my wife needed to leave. He understood and worked while we were gone taking care of the few issues we had. We enjoyed talking with him during a few short periods of waiting. Others at the dealership introduced themselves and made us welcome. The few issues we had with the vehicle were addressed in a timely manner by the maintenance staff. We drove away with the vehicle we wanted at a price we felt good about. Jeff Campbell was great to work with. He respected our decisions about GAP and extended warranty and did not try to "sell" us on services we had no interest in. Overall, our experience was a good one. We keep our vehicles a long time (12 years for our last one) so we probably won't have another opportunity to visit the dealership again, but I have no qualms about recommending Murdock to anyone. More

Everyone was friendly and not pushy. They all wanted to make sure that we were buying the car we wanted and not the car they wanted to sell us.
