I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car from Murdock Chevrolet, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of dishonesty and lack of integrity displayed car from Murdock Chevrolet, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The level of dishonesty and lack of integrity displayed by this dealership is appalling, and I feel compelled to share my experience to spare others from falling into the same trap. From the initial interaction with the sales team, everything seemed promising. The salesperson was friendly and eager to make a deal, assuring me that the minor issues with the vehicle I was interested in would be promptly addressed before finalizing the sale. Regrettably, that turned out to be nothing more than a smokescreen to lure unsuspecting customers. Once the paperwork was signed, and I took possession of the car, the nightmare truly began. Contrary to their promises, the supposed repairs were either poorly done or not addressed at all. It became evident that the dealership had sold me a vehicle with pre-existing problems, all concealed behind a thin veil of false assurances. When I contacted the dealership to address the issues and request the promised fixes, their response was both dismissive and unhelpful. They conveniently shifted blame, citing vague policies and claiming that the problems were now my responsibility. It was disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability. Moreover, attempts to escalate the matter to higher management were met with indifference and a lack of professionalism. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Murdock Chevrolet, and they have no qualms about leaving their customers stuck with a defective vehicle. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. The lack of honesty and integrity displayed by Murdock Chevrolet is not only disappointing but also unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and frustration – look elsewhere for a dealership that values its customers and stands by its commitments. I took my car in on 2 separate occasions and said since there are no lights on the dash warranty would not cover it. the first time i took it in they could not find anything. when the funny thing is that the sales man knew there was something wrong. (i addressed it after the test drive) then a few weeks went by and they found something and wanted to charge me over 1000$ and i refused to pay so i left. The did ask if i wanted to do a "we owe" and i declined because they kept reassuring me that warranty would cover it. salesman: Tegan Ludlow Also service manager walked right past me knowing i needed help. He was very dismissive and did not care to help. I will never purchase a vehicle from here ever again!!! More

Purchasing a vehicle from a dealer when your out of state is tough, and when you ask your salesmen for a honest answer on the truck both interior and exterior for what shape the truck is in a what you are l is tough, and when you ask your salesmen for a honest answer on the truck both interior and exterior for what shape the truck is in a what you are looking for in defects, it sure would have been nice to have a honest answer. I traveled out to find the truck not in the shape i was told. I understand you are buying used but a least if i would have known i could have made a decision before spending the money and time to go out there. I've looked at a lot of trucks before this one and every dealer was honest about their truck until this purchase from Murdock. Purchasing out of state would be tough for me again after this experience More
