Excellent product, knowledge, and customer interaction. I was greeted at the door by a very knowledgeable representative who had great communication skills. The vehicle I wanted to look at was still getting detailed and, rather than try to show me other cars, he took the time to find the care and bring it down for me. He allowed me to enjoy the vehicle and look at things myself while pointing out things that I didn't see right away. He was very good at the "share the moment" facet of sales. He was friendly and had just the right combination of being helpful but not being overbearing. He was spot on. He was blunt, while allowing me to be blunt, and we both arrived at an agreement on the deal that we were happy with. Closing the deal with finance was informative without any pressure. The overall environment of this dealership is very friendly and laid back while maintaining professionalism. This was the best dealership experience I have had so far. More

Becky let us take the car for a 2-day test drive, which was so useful for getting a real sense of the car. It's a big purchase after all! We ended up with a 2013 Volt and we LOVE it. Great price too. Husband and I are both amazed and grateful that we stumbled on this of all places. No complaints at all. More
