He allowed me to enjoy the vehicle and look at things myself while pointing out things that I didn't see right away. He was very good at the "share the moment" facet of sales. He was friendly and had just the right combination of being helpful but not being overbearing. He was spot on. He was blunt, while allowing me to be blunt, and we both arrived at an agreement on the deal that we were happy with. Closing the deal with finance was informative without any pressure. The overall environment of this dealership is very friendly and laid back while maintaining professionalism. This was the best dealership experience I have had so far. More

Becky let us take the car for a 2-day test drive, which was so useful for getting a real sense of the car. It's a big purchase after all! We ended up with a 2013 Volt and we LOVE it. Great price too. Husband and I are both amazed and grateful that we stumbled on this of all places. No complaints at all. More

Les Sadler was who I meet and explained what I was looking for in a pickup, we went to the lot and we picked on out and took it for a test drive and Les hit it on the nail perfect truck that I was looking for. It was a very short time and the paper work was done and I was the new owner of a Z71 Chevy that looks great. He took me for a tour of the inside office and showed me what all the offices did and introduced me to staff members. What a great and possitive experience.
