Great customer service! Good value on trade in. Went in looking for a used Duramax 3/4 ton, but ended up buying a used Ford F350 that had everything we wanted and was in excellent condition. I felt like Murdock Chevrolet was fair with the value given for our Suburban that we traded in...especially since another dealer tried to low ball us earlier by a few thousand less. We may have gotten a few hundred bucks more by selling it ourselves (after you factor in the effect of taxes) but really the value was close enough to where we needed it to be that it was worth the trade in. We still love Chevy's and will likely be back for our next vehicle. James and Les were both great to work with and followed through on every little detail of the sale that we had requested with absolute professionalism. Jeremy, their finance guy, was very funny and great to work with as well. All three stayed well past their normal closing time on a Saturday evening to make sure that we were taken care of, which was going above and beyond! Fernando in finance worked very quickly and we drove our new car home that day and have been very happy with it. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable with the people we worked with. We felt everyone was very open and honest with us with any questions or concerns we had. If you didn't look at the odometer you would think it was a brand new car! Very happy! I just wish the car had come with floor mats. They are pretty expensive but there are worse things that could be a problem. More

Best dealership in Utah LIFETIME CUSTOMER!! I have spent the last 3 weeks speaking to dealership after dealership and bank after bank waiting 3-4 days for a response on 1 veh LIFETIME CUSTOMER!! No response from my salesman no calls or anything, nothing but a stressful situation. Than I went to Murdock Chevorlet where I was helped by Steven and Jeremy the finance manager. I spoke with them Saturday. They worked with me all day and had a truck waiting for me Monday. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and they are by far without a doubt the most helpful and professional dealership I've ever dealt with. This guy is outstanding, intelligent, courteous, patient and very professional. He allowed me and my wife to test drive various vehicles until we saw the one vehicle which caught our eye. We test drove it the next day and within 2 hours later we drove away with my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.? The entire staff was professional and very polite and understanding.
