Becky Brien picked up on that and called me immediately. She made me feel very comfortable over the phone and gave me some options to consider. I set an appointment with her later that day. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. After test driving a few cars with her, she offered to let me take one home to show my wife. She even let me take it for the entire afternoon. It was an easy decision to make and she had all the paperwork ready when I got back. The rest was so easy. When I was ready to drive away she offered to spend more time and helped me set up my On Star and wifi and other programing options. I would recommend anyone to Murdock, especially if they have Becky help them out! More

More than a Dealership I had been searching for a particular vehicle with specific features for some 12 months. During that time I visited 7 various Chevrolet Dealerships. I was not dissatisfied with my experiences elsewhere, but I was also not really motivated to return any of them. However when I worked with Becky at Murdock, I was so impressed with my experience I determined that I would not purchase a vehicle from any other dealer. Even though i did not purchase a vehicle intially, Becky contacted me appropriatley as she found products that she thought fit my needs. She was never over bearing or over anxious to make a sale. When I did finally locate the perfect truck after a year of searching... it was not at Murdock... So I remembered that Becky mentioned they may be able to obtain the vehicle by dealer trade. I asked if there were anyway that may be possible. She reached out to them and made it happen! I cannot say enough about how much she did to make it work! Thank you Becky, I have no regrets! More

Service VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I recently took my '95 Chev Silverado in for emission/safety service for an 8:30 appointment. I also informed them to repair a le VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I recently took my '95 Chev Silverado in for emission/safety service for an 8:30 appointment. I also informed them to repair a leak from the wiper fluid reservoir. The service advisor, George, told me he would call me when the service was completed. By 3:30 I hadn't receive a call so I call George who tells me that he was just about to call me. He then informs me the vehicle passed Emission Inspection but failed Safety due to Driver side marker bulb, leaky power steering hose and loose Idler and Pitman arm. He quoted me $300 to repair the p.s. hose and $875 for I/P arm totally $1175.00. I asked him about the leak on the reservoir, he said he would check on this and call me back after he consulted with his tech. Meantime I check the price online for the needed items. Power steering hose was approximately $35.00 and I/P arm kit $60.00. When George call back I confronted him on the outrageous cost to which he said this is the cost repair and additional $80.00 for the reservoir now totally $1255.00 + tax. I was afraid to ask the cost of a bulb. I declined the repairs telling George that I could have the repair done at a lower price someplace else. I immediately took my vehicle to a reputable auto repair shop. I was quoted $125.00 for p.s.hose and $340.00 for I/P arm. I left my vehicle overnight. Next day I received a call informing me that the I/P arm was tight and doesn't have any issue. They replaced the hose, bulb and reservoir pump totaling $213.00, saving of over a $1000.00. NO LONGER A MURDOCK CUSTOMER!! I had previously purchased this vehicle brand new from them. What a ripoff on the verge of FRAUD? More
