I personally hate going to dealerships because of the pressure that is put upon you to but, it wasn't the case here. Billy was completely transparent. He assured me that he doesn't work of commission like the other dealerships and he honestly wanted to help us find a car that fit our needs and our price point. He was funny and very personable. He made it clear that he was focused on our best interest. He was honest and told us what we needed to know whether it was good or bad. He found us a great deal and we are very happy with our new Equinox! Fernando was great at helping me through the paperwork. He was thorough and explained in detail everything I needed to know. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was making a decision that I was comfortable with. He's a very nice guy. He made me feel comfortable with my decision and he made me feel confident in what I was doing. He offered me many options and was never pushy about adding anything extra. I'm so glad he was able to get me financed and in the payment range I was looking for. Overall, the experience was great. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. Thank you very much guys! More
