They worked hard to get me what i needed We were in need of a used truck after the truck i was driving finally gave out. We were interested in a Ford truck, and even though they are a Chevy dealer they respected our preferences and showed us what they had in stock as far as their used inventory. They didn't have anything that we liked, but the following day we got a call from them saying they had a truck that they thought we would like. When i got there to look at it, it was absolutely what i was looking for at a very reasonable price (better than most other dealers in fact). Then came time for financing. We have had some credit issues and had been denied by some other dealers. They worked on it for quite some time and after a few attempts they came back with a deal that was fair, and right for us. I cant say how much i appreciate all the work they put in on our behalf. Angela was awesome from start to finish. Eric, who was the sales manager, was great with all the work he put into the deal. Nobody was at all judgemental or condescending about our credit issues. And they got us into the truck that we wanted. You guys are awesome and have earned a customer. Thank you so much. More

Alexis is the one who helped me when I got there and she was helpful, cheerful and friendly. She answered every question I had and the whole buying process was very easy. I was torn between two trucks. Both had pros and cons and one was more money, I never felt ay pressure from her to pick one of the other. My only negative feedback is that I purchased the truck and they told me I was charged $85 for the nitrogen in the tires, very apparently there is no nitrogen in these tires. I had to fill them all up two days later because of low pressure. I have had the truck for about a week and I know it is a used truck, but the breaks are already squealing, not just being a little noisy, like I was have to go replace these breaks and I have only had the vehicle for a week. Overall it was a very easy and positive experience and I will likely be a customer for life. I had worked with some other dealerships and hated my experience so much I walked away in the middle of a sale. I was referred to Murdock Chevy Bountiful and it was well worth the hour plus drive from where I live in Utah County. More
