We bought A used truck at Murdoch auto in Logan. We drove it back to Idaho and it wouldn’t start in the morning called them. They sent a man out to get it started. We drove it back to Logan and they put in a new battery. The next morning The truck wouldn’t start again. Murdoch again sent somebody up and ended up having to have it towed back to their shop. I did a complete diagnostic and found out what the problem was and fixed it. Our salesman, Daniel was awesome – –he kept us updated on everything and was so good to work with!! The GMC vehicle was good but the dealer made av $420 mistake on the sales tax offset for the trade in. The dealer has said they will correct ithe error but 3 people have not done what they committed to mistake on the sales tax offset for the trade in. Also their service “advisor”’has said they are overbooked and showed no interest in resolving an issue with the heads up display, The salesman suggested I take it to a different dealer. I purchased a 2010 Lincoln MKX one week and the next a 2013 Lincoln MKX from Murdock Chevrolet-GMC Logan. I understand that they are cash and carry cars but never in all my experience with vehicles have 2013 Lincoln MKX from Murdock Chevrolet-GMC Logan. I understand that they are cash and carry cars but never in all my experience with vehicles have I felt like I got so screwed over. The 2013 Lincoln had a water pump leak and a spray bottle attached by zip ties to catch the leak. The sunroof does not open, nor the backup camera work. There are so many problems with this vehicle. I attempted to allow the dealership to make things right, but was told in so many words we don’t care that we screwed you over. It’s a cash and carry car. I’m super disappointed in how things were handled by management after I purchased 2 cars in 2 weeks from them. I will not purchase from the Murdock family again after my experience with Murdock Chevrolet Logan. More
