When we decided to start shopping for our next vehicle after I retired, we came here first. After walking around looking at the different vehicles, Shelby Ross came out to greet us and offer assistance. W after I retired, we came here first. We were doing some preliminary research and trying to zero in on what we wanted, and she answered all of our questions. We parted ways, saying that we were not going to be buying at the time, but would be back in January. We had a few follow-up emails, but we never felt like we were being bombarded. This last weekend, we returned for another look after we decided that a Lexus was what we wanted. Fortunately, Shelby was working that day and was able to help us out. We really appreciated working with her as we never felt like we were being pressured and the only time that the sales manager ever came around, was when we needed help on with a question about something. Overall, our car buying experience was superb and the entire experience was head and shoulders above those of my previous purchases. We would highly recommend working with Shelby for anyone that may be in the market for a new Lexus. Cheers! More
