My husband & I took delivery of our certified pre-owned vehicle on 1/29/13. Our visit was nothing but Exceptional. From our sales associate Jeff, to Mike to ? who explained the features of the vehicle each were very professional, friendly, outgoing and seemed to love their careers. There were imprefections noted prior and after taking ownership of the vehicle, however, we were assured that everything will be taken care of as soon as possible. Our finanical manager was very helpful in explaining any questions and ensuring all document needed were available. We are looking forward to driving our new vehicle, the customer service when needed & the friendly atmosphere demostrated among all of the employees. I would like to say thanks to everyone for making this buying experience one to remember. We've already shared with family/friends how happy we are with Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis. Something to think about to enhance the customer service experience (if buyers would like a photo taken with their new vehicle). Ted Johnlikes was the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. My 2008 Lexus was a total loss due to a rear end collision and Ted assisted me in putting together information on the 08 vehicle wh ever dealt with. He provided this information before I even began to seriously shop a replacement vehicle. Once the actual sales process started, Ted continued to impress me with his professional approach and no nonsense answers. I would return to Ted & Mungenast in the future. Mike Baek was simply the best. He completely explained the various options available including First Innovations, extended warranty, certified vehicle guarantees, and did so in a professional, no pressure approach. I have dealt with others in the finance departments of other auto firms and have generally walked away unsatisfied but not with Mike.
