Billy was very patient, allowing my wife and I to discuss each vehicle and make a decision. Sufficient time was provided to explain the many features of our Ford Fusion Hybrid with the option to return anytime with any questions We're glad we returned to Mullinax Ford for our second Ford purchase. Turned away for oil change I was given a free oil change coupon at Sunfest by south Florida Ford Association. I brought my 2012 Nissan pathfinder in and was told that the coupon I was given a free oil change coupon at Sunfest by south Florida Ford Association. I brought my 2012 Nissan pathfinder in and was told that the coupons were only meant for Ford owners though that is not what the offer said. I was told they would honor the coupon but I would have to leave the car there and it may be a day or two before they receive the "parts" aka an oil filter. I was also told making an appointment wouldn't make a difference because they won't order parts for a vehicle that isn't physically on site. I left dissatisfied and I went to Wayne Akres Ford with the same coupon and was told no problem if the oil change is not done within an hour my next one will be free as well. I was in and out in 40 minutes and everything went great. More
