PURCHACED 2014 MUSTANG FROM THE WEST PALM STORE ONLINE. THIS WAS A GOLD CERTIFIED CAR. WHEN THE DELIVERED IT TO ME THE FRONT BUMPER COVER WAS HANGING OFF, AND THE CONVERTABLE TOP REAR WINDOW WAS SEPERATED THIS WAS A GOLD CERTIFIED CAR. WHEN THE DELIVERED IT TO ME THE FRONT BUMPER COVER WAS HANGING OFF, AND THE CONVERTABLE TOP REAR WINDOW WAS SEPERATED FROM THE GLASS, ANTENA WAS MISSING AND TIRE LIGHT WAS ON. FAMOUS LAST WORDS, DONT WORRY WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT. IN ALL FAIRNESS THEY TOOK CARE OF THE TOP AND DIDINSTALL A NEW ONE. WHEN I TALKED TO THEM ABOUT THE OTHER THINGS WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO GLUE MY FRONT BUMPER TOGETHER, AND THE OTHER THINGS ARE NOT COVERED. HOW CAN MISSING PARTS BE COVERED? GOLD CERTIFIED, WHAT A JOKE. THIS CAR PASSED A 172 POINT INPECTION WITH THE WRONG SIZE TIES AND WHEELS,AFTERMARKET SPINGS IN THE FRONT AND REAR, PARTS MISSING, RADIATOR LEAK WITCH THEY WILL COVER UNDER WARRENTY (WITH ME PAYING 100.00 DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE) TOP LEAKING, FRONT BUMPER COVER FALLING OFF, AND MUCH MORE.
