Due to supply problems, it took a month for the car to reach the dealer. Richard, my salesman, was very helpful in working out all kinds of questions and details for delivery to me. Excellent experience with Ray Bowen. Knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional throughout the process. I tried to coordinate a new lease and unfortunately with limited inventory, market conditi patient and extremely professional throughout the process. Even when I switched to a lease buyout Ray treated me as a valued customer and as if I was taking a New vehicle. These guys are rip off artist. I emailed them for a price quote on a car and they quoted me $10,000 over list. They then had the audacity to send me back a note and ask whether I was satisfied.
