I walked in and asked if they had anyone who would like to sell me a black ford edge st. They sent out a salesperson and we hit it off first off and she met my goals as to price and trade in value. I recently visited Mullinax Ford of Vero Beach looking for a Pre-Owned F150. The sales staff were great to work with and their dealer model and philosophy can't be beat! I bought a suv there a few months back and got the oil change and the bumper to bumper package. when I went to use the oil change package I was told from here on out I would need to start paying for it d change and the bumper to bumper package. when I went to use the oil change package I was told from here on out I would need to start paying for it due to the oil not being covered because its synthetic. Also I had asked to have someone look at something on my car and told them I had the bumper to bumper coverage and they said they would give me a call back and never did I went to cancel the services that i pay for in full and they told me that since i had the car a few months rhere was a depretiation on the coverage and its no longer worth what i paid for it and they need to keep at least a $1,000 for the time i had it scam thats what i think scam alert More

Have 2 new ford escape titanium received recall for intake air temp upgrade (may freeze an disable car) one car up north sent to dealer-no problem. A few weeks before Christmas my Fiesta had a major problem and the needed part was not immediately attainab Ford service department in Vero Beach Fl. A few weeks before Christmas my Fiesta had a major problem and the needed part was not immediately attainable. Mr. Scalfani provided me with a Christmas miracle! Somehow he was able to get my car repaired for the holiday! I live alone and have just the one car. It was needed for doctor's appointments and grocery shopping. He saw that I was able to take care of these errands. I've been a Ford customer for many years and Mr. Scalfani and is an example of why I stay a Ford customer.
