I have been trying to get an appointment I have been trying 2 weeks to get an appointent for a recall on my Ford Fiesta door latches. I have called every dday to get an appointment and I am I have been trying 2 weeks to get an appointent for a recall on my Ford Fiesta door latches. I have called every dday to get an appointment and I am put through to several workers and I leave voice mails each time and not one xxxx service person Chris and CJ have yet to return my calls. This is a recall on door latches where my rear passenger side door will not latch and it is dangerous to try to drive wondering if another one will pop open. Worst customer service ever! More
