Beware scam I was in few days ago to test drive a suv I loved the truck. Agreed to get a quick quote. I didn't like what the offers as a trade in value so I left I was in few days ago to test drive a suv I loved the truck. Agreed to get a quick quote. I didn't like what the offers as a trade in value so I left. I decide I liked the truck enough to work with them. I sent an email the next day trying to work out a deal. They would not work with me. Sent email back and forth all day. Finally gave in told them I'd pay full price and take the low trade in price for my car. Told him to send me the numbers. He then replied ok will do first thing in the morning. Next day I got the price and payment amount. I was trying to figure how much cash to put down. I made it clear I wanted the truck. I then told him I was on lunch in an hour but not off work until 6pm. Asked how we can do the paperwork. He then replied I'm sorry someone sold the truck. xxx Really???? He said I tried to tell my manager but these people are here. Huh well I was very unhappy and left it along. The worst part is the truck is still there the price got lowered yesterday. Not sure why they lied but I was on my way with cash and approval letter. WARNING THEY ARE RUNNING SOME SORT OF SCAM!!!!! They lost a great customer!!! I will definitely spread the word about my horrible experience More

Ben greeted me upon arrival, listened to what I was looking for, and found it on the lo I bought a new Mustang GT at the Westside dealer (Cooper Pt.). Ben greeted me upon arrival, listened to what I was looking for, and found it on the lot. It was also very reasonably priced. He took the time to show me all the features of the car and walk me through Ford owner registration. Later when I came to pick up my license plates, he personally installed them for me and took that time to follow up on how I liked the car and if there was anything else that he could do for me. This has to be the easiest car buying experience I've had. More

I really appreciated the upfront pricing reducing the need to constantly negotiate. The dealership did not have any "new" cars for us to test drive, but worked to find the car that met our needs and worked to get it for us. The only downside was not being able to test drive the car before we were very serious about purchasing it, as it was coming from another dealership, but Mullinax and Jimmy worked to get it for us very quickly to meet our time restraint. Overall, we had an excellent experience and we love the new car! More
