Service dept only honors 1 item at time on limited warranty Front end making popping metal sound. Limited warranty Replaced left strut bushing but not the right which was doing same thing. I’m sure it’s where they can charge another $100 deductible for right side. There is no way they could not hear the right side when turning steering wheel but chose to ignore so I would have to bring it back and pay deductible again, More

Ryan Zdunek was wonderful in how He treated me for the recall of my Fusion! He got me a loaner car for the time that they were fixing my Fusion and he walked me through everything! They scheduled the appo recall of my Fusion! He got me a loaner car for the time that they were fixing my Fusion and he walked me through everything! They scheduled the appointment ASAP and it only took them several hours to finish it! I was back in my own Fusion that very same day! More

Window Blades We were very pleased to be informed by the Service Dept. Rep, that the problem with one of the window wiper blades hanging up was not caused by someth We were very pleased to be informed by the Service Dept. Rep, that the problem with one of the window wiper blades hanging up was not caused by something like a wiper motor (very expensive to replace). That it was hanging up because the window wiper blades were "sticky" due to being 3 years old and simply needed to be replaced. The cost to replace the pr. of blades was reasonable at $35. Hopefully this pr. of wiper blades will last 3 years, till the loan is paid off. More
