It was like buying a pizza from mcdonalds. Tires on Truck were oversized amd scrubbed when turning. If I had not noticed it they would have sent me home in this vehicle like this. After pointing out this issue the salesman told me tires scrubbing on big trucks was normal(lol). So then I had to wait three hours for them to change the tires out ,my truck wobbled all the way home. I took it to the local tire guys and they said it had like 5 balancing weights on it and was way out of balance. They advertise no dealer fees ,pretty sure it's because they try to get everyone to make a down payment. I asked about resetting the door lock pad code and the salesman said no one there knew how to do it. Just overall poor. The only good part was I paid less than I would have locally,but as far as knowledgeable,I think not. More

2nd Vechicle from Mullianx - They just make things easier I was looking for a new F150, I looked at three dealers closer to me and they were a hassle with dealer fees and ad ons. I got the truck I wanted, the price I wanted, and didn't have to deal with any of the issues I had to deal with at other dealers. Michael my salesman was awesome, if he didn't know something he didn't make it up he said hey let me check with you. I had the deal done over the internet/phone/email. As I was driving in to get my truck I thought ok here we go I am sure there is going to be some kind of issue or something will come up and I will be here all day and fighting for what they promised. But, to my surprise it was like here is your paperwork, lets go check out your new truck, I kept waiting for something to come up and it never did. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours and that was with checking out my truck and my trade in. Next time, I will start at Mullinax and end there. Seriously just save yourself time, money, energy and buy from them. More

Two trips and 7 hours of drive time wasted Initially made a 3.5 hour round trip to see a truck but didn't like it. Met Robert Koon and developed what I thought was a good relationship. I found another F150 on their lot about a week later and asked him specifically if the truck had any significant flaws, dents, blemishes, etc to determine if I would make the trip back or not... he told me "no." So I made the 3.5 hour round trip again, this time with my wife and 14 month old son. When I got there, the truck had a large dent in the tailgate, and the tow hooks and front end underside was significantly rusted, even though the truck was a 2014 model. This was even listed as a "certified" truck, despite the heavy rust. So... I drug my wife and son 3.5 hours in a car for absolutely nothing. I confronted Robert about it and didn't even get an apology from him. I won't be back and will make sure everyone knows that Robert will say anything to make a sale. Very disappointed. More

Very Happy so far, very responsible no pressure. Another Ford dealer I know who I have purchased 3 prior vesicle from actually admitted that Mullinax is outselling them 3 to 1 and there is obviously Another Ford dealer I know who I have purchased 3 prior vesicle from actually admitted that Mullinax is outselling them 3 to 1 and there is obviously a reason. They are easy to deal with. They have upfront pricing which I was not used too as I bargain for a living and typically don't like to pay even 500 dollars over invoice. But I was satisfied as the car was a good price and it was easiest car purchase I have ever had. Whole process took 30 minutes. More
