I am extremely disappointed with the Ford Mullinax. On June 14, 2023 I took my 2015 ford F150 because it was malfunctioning, had acceleration failures and vibration. With the engine light on: P0017 and On June 14, 2023 I took my 2015 ford F150 because it was malfunctioning, had acceleration failures and vibration. With the engine light on: P0017 and P0420. The next day I went to pick it up, my guarantee paid the amount of $925.43 and I paid the amount of 202.41. When I got out of the ford and was returning home I noticed that the problems remained the same, including the check engine light and now we would have one more light on: P0300 - misfire. I went back to the ford and spoke to the attendant, and he walked in the car with me, found that the car was still bad, so he went to talk to the manager, who came to me and said that he couldn't do anything else, that I I should look for another mechanic, preferably the Dealer who sold me the car. I thought this was absurd, I am outraged that Ford, a company of this size, would do something so bad. This is not professionalism, now if I take my car to another mechanic my guarantee will not pay for the same service done in such a short time and I will have to take it out of my wallet because I need the car to work and support my family. If Ford wants to review my car, I'll be happy to provide more specific information. Mullinax Kissimmee repair registration 247086 mv# 74665 invoice: 247086. My warranty paid for her part, I paid for my part and I still have the car parked without being able to use it for work. this is unbelievable More
On 03/22/2022 I visited the service department for a replacement of the door keypad that was under an extended warranty by FORD. This part had to be replaced 3 times under the FORD warranty since it is replacement of the door keypad that was under an extended warranty by FORD. This part had to be replaced 3 times under the FORD warranty since it is garbage design by FORD. The service person asked to comeback on the 3/24/2022 to do the work so I did. Then, he refused to perform the work using multiple excuses making me waist 2 trips to this dealership. He did not even made an attempt to contact FORD. What a terrible customer service and dealership. Stay away from FORD and this dealership. More
Does it really take over 8 hrs to perform oil change, rotate tires and check why the ac doesn't blow cold. The ac check did cost another $140.00. 12 minutes later they said oh, you need everything replac rotate tires and check why the ac doesn't blow cold. The ac check did cost another $140.00. 12 minutes later they said oh, you need everything replaced to the tune of $2500.00. alignment still hadn't been done. They would replace the air filter for another $25/35 dollars. My wife and l purchased our 2014 f150 two years ago. I liked the sales experience. Francisco spoke to our salesperson in Winter Haven ,who described our Situation while we were on vacation in the Kissimmee area . Our C-Max Energi was dead and apparently needed a new battery . We got a jump and drove it to Mullinax where we were greeted by Francisco who was expecting us and knew what needed to be done. We waited in a comfortable Area with a large screen TV and was given bottled water. In a reasonable amount of time we were on our way back to the resort and since the battery was still under warranty we didn’t even have a bill. We were treated as if we were loyal customers and we left so grateful . Can’t praise them enough. More

The entire sales staff was very friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. It took a few days for my salesman (Gabriel Cannata) to locate the vehicle I wanted with the options I requested. But at no time did I ever feel pressured to settle for less than what I wanted and now I have it!!! A brand new 2018 Ford Escape from a dealership I trust. More

Exceptional Servce We have A Ford Escape and have been visiting the area from New Brunswick, Canada. We thought we had received excellent service from Cory Ford , Woodstock, New Brunswick! Far from home we came into Mullinax Ford for a tire that needed air.. To our happiness we met Franciso Morales, the Quick Lane Advisor. We were treated as friends and the tire was fixed in very little time. The problem was explained to us, a price was quoted and the work was done. ln a few days we needed our oil change so we went back to this garage. Again a exceptional experience with Mr. Morales and his team. We needed a few items, a quote was given and we were given the choice. The work was done quickly and the car was even washed off. This above and beyond service should be noted! Thank you! More
