my 2 words would be STAY AWAY specially for after Sales service……. Got my Mach E 2023 from them let me try point out the issues that I had below -had my first service booked and my appointment was for 5pm service……. Got my Mach E 2023 from them let me try point out the issues that I had below -had my first service booked and my appointment was for 5pm, but walk in at 11am been told that I would have to wait for 2 hence I decided to come back at 5pm -Gave my car in at 5pm got it back at 7pm they literally started working on it at 6:30 the reason I know this is because they called me in to ask where the lock for ties bolts are. Point been I had to wait 2 hours any which ways which was told will be maximum 40min ☹ -Secondly to my surprise when out to see my car, as they proudly advice complimentary wash, which was not provided. -Sat in my car saw the sign for screen washing liquid been empty no one looked at that and I was under the assumption they would actually refill it as a normal servicing does. -I had some scratches on my Car rims, and I paid extra for them to get fixed if something happens to them when I bough the car asked the lady at the service desk when I came in she adviced that they only provide the service on Thursday and the guy responsible would give me a call never ever got a call. -Now the most interesting part got a survey which I rated based on my experience, I was abroad and I got a call from Service director spoke to me really well, I gave him the exact snapshot which I have listed above and he was really willing to help me and advice me that once I back in the country, they will come pick my car, give me a replacement car, will be doing a complete clean of car inside and out and on top life time tier rotation 😊 which I wasn’t sure how many times I would be using. And I was advised to give the call back to the Service Director when I am in country and all on the listed addon will be provided But the catch was I would get another survey in next couple of days and I need to rate them best but unfortunately I never received the survey. -Fast forward I came back to the country called the service director after trying to give him the back ground and reminding him of out communication he asked me if I have competed the survey and I said that I never got any survey, he is straight up reply was oh in that case I cannt do any thing for you which was an absolute disappointment… so all in all as long as I did gave them 5 star in the survey which genuinely I didn’t receive they would be all happy. Sorry for long review but just wanted to make sure if you are buying here don’t expect even mediocre service… as all of there reviews are for new purchase and all the negative reviews are for after sales service… please be mindful and don’t get distracted by there amazing review at Google. More
Needed a liftgate actuator replaced. Santiago, my service agent, told me that since they had the part, they could get the work done almost immediately! I was "second" in line. Yep, within a few hours Santiago called, "Your car is ready!" I really trust Mullinax as I've had them work on a MAJOR issue prior (Car insurance paid for!). They are great in Customer Care!! We bought our car in May 2023 , a truck F150, 2018 diesel the engine power stroke turbo diesel 4x2 transmission is the 10r80, twice in the warranty period we were in the store informing that the car had a pr the engine power stroke turbo diesel 4x2 transmission is the 10r80, twice in the warranty period we were in the store informing that the car had a problem in the transmission box. And we were informed that it was just a system. Yesterday, 3 months after the warranty ended, we returned to the store with a desire to change cars, and our nightmare began. The SAME STORE that previously reported that it was not a problem with the transmission now they say that my car needs to have the transmission changed a budget of 7 thousand dollars! We were injured, deceived for a year and now the loss is ours! I don't recommend this place even for my biggest enemy More

Mr. Santiago Hernandez was my Service Advisor, took the time needed to performed a thorough inspection; fluids, wipers, battery, tires, etc. Darline Burke, at the front desk, always has a pleasant, friendly, accommodating disposition and a welcoming smile. I bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid in March 2020 and received very good service. When I went to finance, Mr. Manny Pauta recommended a more complete extended warranty that he had, assuring me that it would cover very good service. When I went to finance, Mr. Manny Pauta recommended a more complete extended warranty that he had, assuring me that it would cover the entire car, including the key. This December, the car had a problem with the battery of the hybrid electrical system (not the engine battery) and I was informed that the warranty did not cover it and I had to pay the amount of 625 dollars. When I asked Manny, he told me that he had told me that the battery was not part of the warranty, but that was not what he said that day. I'm just here to warn you, when you go to buy extended warranties, read the entire contract, don't do what I did. More

I took my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium into the shop to repair a gas leak. It took a whole week to replace the gas tank and all the parts that lead to the fuel entrance (there's no cap). The 1st time I sto repair a gas leak. It took a whole week to replace the gas tank and all the parts that lead to the fuel entrance (there's no cap). The 1st time I stop to fill the tank, it took 20 minutes. The gas nozzle kept stopping every 2-3 seconds. Three times after that when refueling I had the same problem. Took the car back today 10/12 /2023 at 8:30am to fix the problem and now is 5:50 pm and I haven't received a call or message from Taylor or anyone at the service department. I even left a voice message for a manager to call me. I even had a chat with someone named Cassandra who wasn't able to help me , she was asking for information that they already have. What ever happened to " Keep the customer happy and informed ". More
