I am extremely disappointed with the Ford Mullinax. On June 14, 2023 I took my 2015 ford F150 because it was malfunctioning, had acceleration failures and vibration. With the engine light on: P0017 and On June 14, 2023 I took my 2015 ford F150 because it was malfunctioning, had acceleration failures and vibration. With the engine light on: P0017 and P0420. The next day I went to pick it up, my guarantee paid the amount of $925.43 and I paid the amount of 202.41. When I got out of the ford and was returning home I noticed that the problems remained the same, including the check engine light and now we would have one more light on: P0300 - misfire. I went back to the ford and spoke to the attendant, and he walked in the car with me, found that the car was still bad, so he went to talk to the manager, who came to me and said that he couldn't do anything else, that I I should look for another mechanic, preferably the Dealer who sold me the car. I thought this was absurd, I am outraged that Ford, a company of this size, would do something so bad. This is not professionalism, now if I take my car to another mechanic my guarantee will not pay for the same service done in such a short time and I will have to take it out of my wallet because I need the car to work and support my family. If Ford wants to review my car, I'll be happy to provide more specific information. Mullinax Kissimmee repair registration 247086 mv# 74665 invoice: 247086. My warranty paid for her part, I paid for my part and I still have the car parked without being able to use it for work. this is unbelievable More

My friend arrived from out of state with a problem with the rear differential in her Ford Escape. Spoke with a service writer and he told her, sorry, there’s a 2 week wait. At the point spoke with the service manager and Brandon a service writer. The vehicle was diagnosed, parts ordered and she was on her way back home in a few days. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond, knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for all your help!! More
I went in to look at a specific car, the dealer there saw that the car that I went in to look at wasn't going to what I needed and helped me to find the perfect car for me. Plus, the dealership does not charge a dealership fee or any other fake fees, like reconditioning fee. They were reasonably priced and great value. Plus, Robert my sales associate, was amazing! More
The service department is horrible. Zero customer service skills and completely unacceptable. Leaving a message when able to resulted in nothing, no one ever called back. My car was there for 21 days and ultimately had to be towed to a different dealership for service. Mullinax Ford was rude, disrespectful, incompetent, and incapable. They all had a different reason, a different answer, a different excuse to every question. Don’t go there, for any reason. It will be a waste of time and energy. More
