I purchased a 2010 Tarus 12/2010. Since I had dealt with a Mullinax sales person previously and was very pleased, I returned for my Tarus and everything went very well. So when I started to consider an Exp a Mullinax sales person previously and was very pleased, I returned for my Tarus and everything went very well. So when I started to consider an Explorer, I returned to the dealership and talked with my same sales person/friend along with another sales person and got all the information I needed to know. In early 12/2012, I closed the deal with them and was very pleased with the entire sale. I was never pressured and was treated with respect from the beginning. Their knowledge and professional attitude was greatly appreciated. I would recommend the dealership and its employees in the future. I also will return to Mullinax. They get five stars. More

Went to Mullinax after trying to work something out with Tropical Ford, they would not even come close to what I needed for my trade (well below KBB) and wanted to charge me over 1k in transport fees since Tropical Ford, they would not even come close to what I needed for my trade (well below KBB) and wanted to charge me over 1k in transport fees since they had 0 2013 Mustang GT California Specials on the lot. Mullinax gave me exactly want I wanted for my trade and transported the car I wanted from another dealership at no cost. Working with them was so easy and they do no charge a dealer fee which is awesome (one dealership wanted $900). I would reccomend anyone that is looking for a new Ford to stop by and talk to Torrey, he is great laid back kinda guy and it very easy to work with. :) More

I have previously written a review for mullinax repair department saying stay far away but when my truck broke down and had to be towed I decided to give them another go. Derek in service took care of me and kept in touch through the whole process. The fuel pump had to be replaced and while they had it found a problem with my drive shaft and fixed that as well. If you need service talk to Derek he was awesome! More
