We bought our car in May 2023 , a truck F150, 2018 diesel the engine power stroke turbo diesel 4x2 transmission is the 10r80, twice in the warranty period we were in the store informing that the car had a pr the engine power stroke turbo diesel 4x2 transmission is the 10r80, twice in the warranty period we were in the store informing that the car had a problem in the transmission box. And we were informed that it was just a system. Yesterday, 3 months after the warranty ended, we returned to the store with a desire to change cars, and our nightmare began. The SAME STORE that previously reported that it was not a problem with the transmission now they say that my car needs to have the transmission changed a budget of 7 thousand dollars! We were injured, deceived for a year and now the loss is ours! I don't recommend this place even for my biggest enemy More

Unfortunately, I was in a car accident a few weeks ago that caused me to be in the market for a car a couple years earlier than expected. Kissimmee! Unfortunately, I was in a car accident a few weeks ago that caused me to be in the market for a car a couple years earlier than expected. I searched for hours online and went to a number of dealerships in search of the right vehicle and situation for me. When I came across these guys and reached out, Dom was knowledgeable and down to earth. There was no pressure to buy or any misleading verbiage on the website or in person. Once I got the test drive in of the Mach 3, I knew that it was the right car. The team worked hard to make everything work and were very helpful with tips and hospitality. I would highly suggest this dealership, as there are no extra dealership fees or other mark-ups, like most of the others. I’m very thankful for their help and will be going back there whenever I’m in need of a new vehicle…. Hopefully not too soon, though. ;). More

I bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid in March 2020 and received very good service. When I went to finance, Mr. Manny Pauta recommended a more complete extended warranty that he had, assuring me that it would cover very good service. When I went to finance, Mr. Manny Pauta recommended a more complete extended warranty that he had, assuring me that it would cover the entire car, including the key. This December, the car had a problem with the battery of the hybrid electrical system (not the engine battery) and I was informed that the warranty did not cover it and I had to pay the amount of 625 dollars. When I asked Manny, he told me that he had told me that the battery was not part of the warranty, but that was not what he said that day. I'm just here to warn you, when you go to buy extended warranties, read the entire contract, don't do what I did. More
Beware of this dealer. Went there to buy a truck. Be really careful with Manny Pauta. He will even talk about the Bible to sell you the extended warranty. The payment went Went there to buy a truck. The payment went up when he added it, and I was concerned as it was more than I was expecting to pay. Manny with his deceitful tactics to the rescue. His exact words, as I have them recorded, were "With this warranty, you will always have peace of mind. Just bring the truck here, and we take care of the rest. Anything that happens to it, we got you." Well...after a month, two things start happening with the truck. Called Service, but got no response. I emailed my Salesperson, no answer. Email the Manager, David Macarel, a true gentleman (The same way I say the bad, I say the good) and he personally stayed with me on the line till Service answered. I was advised by a nice lady that I would need to take my truck to a Dodge dealer. Well, that's not what Manny said. We called Manny, and he advised that, he is not a mechanic, and since we bought the Truck there, to bring it to the dealer. So, we did! Guess what. We get there, and we are told by someone in Service that we need to take it to Dodge. We get upset but tell him we were advised by Manny to bring the truck. The words from Service were "We are not responsible for what they tell you in Finance." We go to Manny, now Manny starts saying that we should have called instead of bringing the truck, deniying he said to bring it in, BUT, he was going to talk with Service so they would keep the truck and take care of it. He comes back saying that what Service said is correct. Another Manager comes in and advises that they will do the appointment for me with Dodge, and apologized. Went to Service, and the guy tells me I need to do the appointment with Dodge, not them. At that time the Service Manager, another gentleman that cared, tells me in more detail how the Insurance works, and how it would be better to go to Dodge. Apologized for the misinformation from Manny, and even offered for me to bring the truck the next week to see if he could do a diagnostic free of charge, and even fix it if possible. I left upset, but with some hope. Manny just blatantly lies to you to upsell and get his comission, then washes his hands like Pilatus did! True man of God Manny! Avoid this dealer!! Took the truck to Dodge and they are working on it. More
