I came in over-informed and flooded to confusion with offers and options from all of my reading and shopping at other dealers. Through test driving, showings and first hand input, Blake was interested in what I wanted in a vehicle and was able to help me locate the truck of my dreams. It took dealing with him to realize I really was ready to buy. No pressure, no hype, just honest to goodness understanding and patience. Working with me for almost a week to locate a truck I shall have for years to come. Ohhh, lets not forget to mention the service after the sale….. I’ve received calls with-in the first week of owning the truck from the service department to make sure everything is good, the finance manager Manny Pauta reached out to be sure I was happy with everything and Blake has called and sent a thank you card just to be sure all is good. I guarantee Mullinax of Kissimmee will be there for me anytime I need them. The attention to what the customer wants and selling the experience and not just the vehicle is refreshing and just what the car sales industry needs. Francisco spoke to our salesperson in Winter Haven ,who described our Situation while we were on vacation in the Kissimmee area . Our C-Max Energi was dead and apparently needed a new battery . We got a jump and drove it to Mullinax where we were greeted by Francisco who was expecting us and knew what needed to be done. We waited in a comfortable Area with a large screen TV and was given bottled water. In a reasonable amount of time we were on our way back to the resort and since the battery was still under warranty we didn’t even have a bill. We were treated as if we were loyal customers and we left so grateful . Can’t praise them enough. More

My relatives in the area have purchased more than 6 new vehicles from this dealership. My purpose of this review is to notify the management of the gentleman by the name of Francisco in the quick lane department. Francisco has been of great help to me and my daughter over the years she moved to central Florida, having done "the works" in changing the oil, engine sensor issue, the brakes, etc. His concern for her well being is a great comfort to me. I want the management to realize what an asset he is to your organization and hope you make sure that he knows this. Being such a distance from my daughter gives me great relief, that she is in good concerned hands. More
