Francisco spoke to our salesperson in Winter Haven ,who described our Situation while we were on vacation in the Kissimmee area . Our C-Max Energi was dead and apparently needed a new battery . We got a jump and drove it to Mullinax where we were greeted by Francisco who was expecting us and knew what needed to be done. We waited in a comfortable Area with a large screen TV and was given bottled water. In a reasonable amount of time we were on our way back to the resort and since the battery was still under warranty we didn’t even have a bill. We were treated as if we were loyal customers and we left so grateful . Can’t praise them enough. More

My relatives in the area have purchased more than 6 new vehicles from this dealership. My purpose of this review is to notify the management of the gentleman by the name of Francisco in the quick lane department. Francisco has been of great help to me and my daughter over the years she moved to central Florida, having done "the works" in changing the oil, engine sensor issue, the brakes, etc. His concern for her well being is a great comfort to me. I want the management to realize what an asset he is to your organization and hope you make sure that he knows this. Being such a distance from my daughter gives me great relief, that she is in good concerned hands. More
