I went in to potentially purchase a vehicle, and Luis Lino helped him with the process. Everything was fine at first. We agreed he'd call us when he heard back with a decision from Ford Finance. A couple of days passed, and he contacted us and said our business got accepted to be financed... During the wait time, I contacted Ford Prestige and worked a deal with them because they had the truck and color I had always wanted. I didn't tell Lino this, but I went to Prestige Ford instead because, again, they had the exact car I wanted. I went to Prestige knowing our business had been approved for finance. We got there, and it all went downhill, it turns out that our business name was used by Lino to create chaos in our business finance history. He submitted the finance application using our business name and added someone else to the application who had a REPO Car! Due to this, Prestige Ford Finance Bank didn't want to finance us because the person Lino added to our application had a bad history not only was he ruining our business name and integrity, but he was also making our business look bad to all the banks making it impossible for us to get financed by anyone else! The boss at Prestige Ford had to make multiple calls to Ford Finance to sort this out because our business had an impeccable history with Ford, and he couldn't believe we were not getting financed, thankfully he got to the bottom of this and contacted Mullinax to tell them they xxxxed up, and because of them, they were making it impossible for me to get financed!!! All Mullinax had to say was, " Sorry, it was an accident." That accident almost cost me my business name that's not a xxxxing accident, Mullinax and Luis Lino. Your " accident" caused a blockage in my business history, and I was never going to get financed by anyone! Even Ford Finance said that my business had a perfect history, but that REPO car from someone with the last name Rivera was making it impossible for me to get financed. Again, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO THIS RIVERA PERSON IS!!! LINO ADDED THEM TO PREVENT ME FROM PURCHASING A VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! I am NEVER going back to LUIS LINO! It almost cost us our business reputation with FORD. It's Disgusting the way you do business, and I expect a formal apology from your screw-up Luis Lino. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LUIS LINO AS YOUR SALES-PERSON HE WILL SCREW YOU OVER! The fact you don't even see his name on the reviews should say enough! Long story short even the boss at prestige said that Lino did this on purpose to prevent me from getting financed by any Ford bank, that he did this so I could go back to mullinax and purchase the vehicle with only them. Really enjoyed working with Dominic. He listed to what I was needing was very knowledgeable and asked the questions to find me the perfect car in my budget. my 2 words would be STAY AWAY specially for after Sales service……. Got my Mach E 2023 from them let me try point out the issues that I had below -had my first service booked and my appointment was for 5pm service……. Got my Mach E 2023 from them let me try point out the issues that I had below -had my first service booked and my appointment was for 5pm, but walk in at 11am been told that I would have to wait for 2 hence I decided to come back at 5pm -Gave my car in at 5pm got it back at 7pm they literally started working on it at 6:30 the reason I know this is because they called me in to ask where the lock for ties bolts are. Point been I had to wait 2 hours any which ways which was told will be maximum 40min ☹ -Secondly to my surprise when out to see my car, as they proudly advice complimentary wash, which was not provided. -Sat in my car saw the sign for screen washing liquid been empty no one looked at that and I was under the assumption they would actually refill it as a normal servicing does. -I had some scratches on my Car rims, and I paid extra for them to get fixed if something happens to them when I bough the car asked the lady at the service desk when I came in she adviced that they only provide the service on Thursday and the guy responsible would give me a call never ever got a call. -Now the most interesting part got a survey which I rated based on my experience, I was abroad and I got a call from Service director spoke to me really well, I gave him the exact snapshot which I have listed above and he was really willing to help me and advice me that once I back in the country, they will come pick my car, give me a replacement car, will be doing a complete clean of car inside and out and on top life time tier rotation 😊 which I wasn’t sure how many times I would be using. And I was advised to give the call back to the Service Director when I am in country and all on the listed addon will be provided But the catch was I would get another survey in next couple of days and I need to rate them best but unfortunately I never received the survey. -Fast forward I came back to the country called the service director after trying to give him the back ground and reminding him of out communication he asked me if I have competed the survey and I said that I never got any survey, he is straight up reply was oh in that case I cannt do any thing for you which was an absolute disappointment… so all in all as long as I did gave them 5 star in the survey which genuinely I didn’t receive they would be all happy. Sorry for long review but just wanted to make sure if you are buying here don’t expect even mediocre service… as all of there reviews are for new purchase and all the negative reviews are for after sales service… please be mindful and don’t get distracted by there amazing review at Google. Needed a liftgate actuator replaced. Santiago, my service agent, told me that since they had the part, they could get the work done almost immediately! I was "second" in line. Yep, within a few hours Santiago called, "Your car is ready!" I really trust Mullinax as I've had them work on a MAJOR issue prior (Car insurance paid for!). They are great in Customer Care!!
