Jimmy was extremely patient and friendly. My husband and I were originally coming to have our 2012 SRX serviced due to having a flat tire and we decided to browse while we waited. And as we browsed, we came across a 2014 XTS that just spoke to me...I had to have it. So, my husband and I went back inside and Jimmy worked with us to get a good deal on the price and I brought my new car home. Diamond (yes, I named my car...I also gave it a gender :-)...her color is diamond white, so I thought it was fitting) and I are getting along quite well for now and hopefully for another few years. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Jimmy and this dealership to anyone. Betty More

I was driving up from Florida to Birmingham, Alabama when my car indicator flashed zero percent battery remaining in remote which is used to start the car. I called information and got the number for the clo my car indicator flashed zero percent battery remaining in remote which is used to start the car. I called information and got the number for the closest dealership which was Classic. I called and spoke with Tim who gave me directions even though it was near closing time. Tim and several personnel were waiting for me when I arrived. I overheard one gentleman offer to stay in case the battery was not the problem. They tested and replaced my battery free of charge, wishing me a safe trip as I left. I was very impresses with their customer service! More
In May 2012, we purchased a 2008 CTS from Saadiq Shakur with an extended warranty. We were very pleased with the entire purchase process. We noticed a problem with the left front headlight shortly after with an extended warranty. We were very pleased with the entire purchase process. We noticed a problem with the left front headlight shortly after our purchase, and we even returned it to the dealership for service. The service department said they could find nothing wrong with the light. The light continued to deteriorate over the next few months. We contacted the service department again, and they told us that the light was not covered on the policy we purchased. The service department told us it was our problem to fix. We were very disappointed because we had recommended the dealership to friends. After calling Saadiq, he and Daniel Poage were very helpful in solving our problem. Before purchasing another vehicle, we will contact Saadiq. We are once again very satisfied with the outcome of this problem. More
I have never before written an online review. My experience with this dealership was like watching an unruly child steal from your wallet aftre telling them not to. I went in for a rotation, alignm experience with this dealership was like watching an unruly child steal from your wallet aftre telling them not to. I went in for a rotation, alignment, check of my front brake rotors, and rear tail light out for the third time in a short while. They took 3 hours to not rotate my tires, not do an alignment, not troubleshoot my electrical system, and take my tires off the wheels to identify a patch I already knew was there. They did replace the tail light. When asked if I was going to buy new tires I said no. I took my car down the street, got my rotation for half the price of the dealership in less than 20 minutes, was told I have at least 15k left on the tires, and was told to take it to a dealership to diagnose a front end problem in the steering wheel. I think it was even more disrespectful of the dealership as they knew I was military. Needless to say I will never go back and would recommend you do not either. Ps- the car rodes much better after the rotation and when I PCS in a month, I will find a dealership in my new area to look at the larger issues. The ones covered by my gm major guard warranty. More
The service was great. I needed a new part. After they recieved the part I was notified and an appointment was made to replace the part. I was given a rental car because of the lenght of time needed for t recieved the part I was notified and an appointment was made to replace the part.
