Staff was great and very accomodating. Tony was great at giving me updates as to how their progress was, he had a dent taken out while it was there and they gave me a loaner car!!! Reconciled from previous visit. Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and check Had a bad experience the previous I visited for a recall; Did not have an appointment but they said they would work me in. I waited 4 hours and checked on my vehicle and the person at that time said that I was not even on a repair techs list. I left very unsatisfied. This time I had a 9 am appointment and Tony said it would probably take a couple of hours. I explained my previous experience and he said he would see what he could do. This time I was out of there in 1 hour flat! No complaints this time. Thanks Tony for the effort and the care. More

Tony and Tracy provided excellent customer service throughout the repair process- I'm in NC and my car was left in AL- they kept me informed and assured me every step of the way, from towing my car, to diagnosing what was wrong, until I ultimately had the car returned. Tony called me with updates to assure me all was being taken care of.I could not be more satisfied with what was a challenging situation given the distance and the fact I never even met them.
