We noticed that the tir Just purchased my 2012 Cadillac SRX in June after I completed a 3 yr. lease. Such a great vehicle that I decided to keep it. We noticed that the tires were beginning to look worn, so got an estimate for new ones. They gave the best deal, so I took it in for 2 new ones. I will be going back in about 6 months to replace the other 2. Love all the folks at Classic Cadillac from salesman to service. They always treat me like I am special to them. More
stuck because car would not start. I have bought CADILLACS from Classic for the past 20 years. My wife and I went in to look at a new 2016 SRX. Our buying experience was very disappoin I have bought CADILLACS from Classic for the past 20 years. My wife and I went in to look at a new 2016 SRX. Our buying experience was very disappointing. We got the feeling that the salesman was not really interested in our business. We left the dealership very upset. On or about January 21, 2016, we were in Montgomery going to some of our old restaurants that we don't see very much since we moved to Auburn about 6 years ago. When we got ready to head home and our 2011 SRX would not start. We called onstar to get assistance. It took 3.5 hours before a tow truck could come and tow our car to Classic Cadillac. We did not get our 2011 SRX to the service department at Classic until 6:30PM. The service department was closed because the service department closes at 6 PM. To my surprise, Tony, the service department manager was still there. He invited into the service department area. It was very cold outside by that time of day. Tony ask my wife for her key fob and he disappeared for a few minutes. He returned in less than 5 minutes with our car running again. Tony told us that the battery in the key fob was dead and he replaced it with a fresh battery. Our car was running fine now. Tony went above and beyond to help and he would not even let me pay for battery. Tony saved our night!!!!! He is that rare employee that takes his job seriously. I will be giving Classic another opportunity to sell us another car. Please pass on my thanks to Tony for his kindness. He is that special person that should be recognized for his professionalism and kind heart when he sees seniors in need. I would hope that he is being paid with what he deserves. I am sure that I am not alone when I say that my business will follow him where he is employed. I will be recommending Classic to all my friends because of Tony. I will count on him as a great friend as well. More

Especiallhy in winter when it seems to change. When I take my car by to ask questions he not only answers question but takes it in the back and checks the tire pressure himself. Found what we wanted and they made it happen We just dropped by to look on the way to Sam's Club. We thought we'd have to wait because it was Sunday afternoon and my husband had to go back to Atlanta, but they made it work! Also, I was surprised to see the Service Manager , Tony Burkhalter, catching up on his training while the service department was closed. We look forward to service at Classic for our 2014 YukonXL Denali and 2015 Sierra truck. More

For my service and repairs, Mary was so nice, and she helped me get back on the road as soon as she could! More
superb personal service and excellent mechanical expertise Though i no longer live in Montgomery, because I drive from my homes in Naples FL to southern Illinois, for years I have stopped in Montgomery so that Though i no longer live in Montgomery, because I drive from my homes in Naples FL to southern Illinois, for years I have stopped in Montgomery so that Tony Burkhalter(the best service advisor I have ever had--in 50+years of driving) can have enough time to get my Buick LeSabre checked out COMPLETELY--and it has always run perfectly long term after my visits). He and the excellent team of mechanics/technicians seem to me the model for all car repair departments. First of all, Tony listens very closely to my issues and my account of how the car has been running. As I often have the car serviced where I live, when I come to Classic, I ask Tony to review the most recent service invoices to see what work has been done, and have that work inspected to make sure it is satisfactory. Further, he describes in clear language what problems have been found with the car and the procedures and costs for necessary repairs. Lastly, he is the kindest, most polite and considerate gentleman you could ever deal with, and I look forward to relying on him and the Classic Buick team to keep my beloved car running well for as long as possible. Thanks also to all the nice people who work there--they help you with coffee, answer the phone quickly, really take and deliver messages, and try to get you in and out with as much ease and as little pain as they can. thanks for the chance to say thanks.
