Was traveling from IL when we started having problems with my truck was towed to Classic GMC they went above and beyond to fix my truck to get us back on the road in record time for the problem we was ha with my truck was towed to Classic GMC they went above and beyond to fix my truck to get us back on the road in record time for the problem we was having. Today, Nov. 14, 2019, battery went dead 120 miles from home and the battery had been checked the week before with NO problems during regular oil change. I got a jump start, called Buick/Cad and asked for appointment to have battery checked. We have a full schedule. I understood. You'll have to drop it off. Will do. However, this will be the second battery replacement in just 3 years. I'm hoping the problem will be discovered and solved. So for now, still 5 stars. You can't keeping going if your battery dies every 18-24 months. Tony said they would work it in. More

Recall I recently had to take my truck in for a recall issue. Nightmare. Incompetent staff Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a very simple part. Finally spoke to a manager the last time in who, instead of helping remedy the situation, wanted to charge me even more than they previously had. Nobody in the office seems to have any idea of what’s going on. Overall horrible experience. Will never return. More

This was for an schedule oil change. THREE hours later I went to another representative "Tony" who was nice and apologized for taking such a long time. I pointed out where my truck was and he got it ready for me to leave. TONY WAS VERY NICE AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE OTHER REPRESENTATIVE WHO WAS SO RUDE!!!! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE I DON'T CARE HOW FREE IT IS -- I WILL NOT BE MISTREATED!! My first oil change on this new one....car started smoking badly and car was skipping when my wife left...took back and found out they had overfilled oil ...then they just act like ...oh well...don't use this place!!! I contacted my Service Advisor, Mary Williams, and she contacted GM and my battery was replaced free of charge. She also assisted me in the replacement of a damaged tire, Ms. Williams is very helpful in all services need. More
