Just changed ownership and wasn’t very organized. The main guy wanted to send me to a different location 50 miles away to have an issue fixed with my car that was only 6 months old. The service rep I dealt with had no idea what he was doing and as a result a part that I needed never got ordered. The parts department had no idea what was going on because they had no record of an ord doing and as a result a part that I needed never got ordered.
