From start to finish, everyone we talked with treated us with respect, professionalism, good humor, patience, and absolutely great helpfulness. We asked a lot of questions--and they were answered. Alison Taylor was so knowledgeable as she researched cars for us. We didn't know what we wanted, and she provided us with the information we needed to make a decision. Daniel Pogue helped us in the beginning stages with finances, and then Andrew Harper took over and completed everything we needed done. Andrew took a lot of time with us, and we are so appreciative. We went back the next day and finished our work with Andrew. He had everything ready, and it took only a very short time to complete it all. Then we got to spend time with Nick Elijah who explained the workings of our new 2012 Buick Regal to us. With wonderful humor, he answered all the question we considered "dumb" on our part--but he never allowed us to believe any question was that! These are all knowledgeable, valuable employees at this dealership. And we like them a lot! More

I recently purchased a new Cadillac CTS from Classic and had an exceptional experience. I purchased from Classic because of the service I have received in the past several years with my 06 STS. Service was done on my schedule, done correctly, and prices seemed reasonable. With my purchase of a new car I was treated very well by the sales staff and I felt that I received a fare deal on my trade and my requests for options on my new car were listened to, I wasn't just plunked in a car with the color I liked. Great people to deal with. More

Mr. Hudson sold me my great car with over the head service. This dealership makes you fell like family. I love these guys. Have been buying new Cadillacs from this dealership since 1980 and have never been anything but COMPLETELY SATISFIED. Keep up the good work!
