My Outstanding Buying Experience at Classic I am writing this review because of the outstanding sales experience at Classic Buick, Cadillac and GMC. My salesperson was Joey Abdullah, who was an I am writing this review because of the outstanding sales experience at Classic Buick, Cadillac and GMC. My salesperson was Joey Abdullah, who was an excellent host and resource on every aspect of the Cadillac XTS that I liked. He even provided war eagle orange and blue balloons the day I came in to pick up the car. Other members of the team that assisted him included: Justin Chretien, Andrew Harper, Tony Burkhalter (in the service department), Alison Taylor and Monte Burney. This was my sixth Cadillac purchase but far and away the most thorough, and enjoyable car buying experience ever. I shall certainly come back to Classic and would highly recommend Classic to anyone interested in a superfine car deal. More
Best Dealership/Sales Personnel in Montgomery! This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Classic GMC - and will definitely keeping going back! My Sales representative was Joey Abdullah and he was wonderful! He said he was fairly new but he could not have been better - truly cared about me and made the whole buying experience one to remember. Did everything he could to meet my needs and made sure that I understood all of the "technology" of the car before I drove away - what a great salesman! The financing experience was equally as super - "Shak" Shakur was fantastic, knowledgeable and caring! Finally, Otis Coles was wonderful and great to work with as well . . . what a SUPER team! Thank you Classic GMC for making my car buying experience so great . I will be back again. More
Execellent from start to finsih!!! We had several different SUV's in mind when we stopped at a total of 7 dealerships to look at and compare the vehicles. We stopped at "Classic Buick GMC Cadillac" first. While there we looked at a 2014 GMC Terrian. The sales agent we talked to was Mich Quellette. He answered all our questions and did a test drive. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable about there vehicles, and he was NOT pushy. We liked the Terrian but still wanted to look at the other suv's to compare. After going to 6 other dealerships we went back to "Classic Buick GMC Cadillac" because not only where there prices great but there customer service was excellent! We worked with Mich Quellette, Alison Taylor, and Andrew Harper when we bought the 2014 GMC Terrian that we test drove. Our credit was not the best but they where able to get us the financing to buy the Terrian and get our payments within $10.00 of our budgeted goal. I personally feel that they went above and beyond to make this the absolute best experience we could have had with buying a car. Our experience was so good in fact that if and when we need to purchase another vehicle we will drive from Villa Rica Ga. all the way back to Montgomery Al. which is 170 miles to see them. More

When I went to purchase my vehicle the claim they put it through a multi point inspection but within a month my check engine light came on. I took the truck back and they wanted me to agree to pay $100 for a diagnostics fee. I told them no I would not agree. They said since it wasn't a GM vehicle I bought and that I didn't buy an extended warranty their was nothing they would do. They say they are all about repeat customers but that's a lie! Once they get make the sale they could care less about the customer. More

Steve was very patient in answering all of my questions about how everything worked. He and the dealership made my purchase a really good experience and they took very good care of my car. Unfortunately, on June 3, 2014, I was in an accident that my insurance company determined was a total loss on the 2011 Lacrosse. I called the dealership and asked for Steve to help me find a new car. We made an appointment to meet and look at what was available on the lot. He had me drive a white 2014 Buick Lacrosse which had the same features that my 2011 had and a few more. He also showed me cars in different colors that he thought I might like and explained what the difference in features were compared to what I had on my previous car and also compared to the white one that I had driven. Steve is friendly and patient and took the time to find a car that I would be happy with. He called me at home and told me that he had another car that he wanted me to see before I made up my mind. I met him on Thursday, June 11, 2014, and he showed me a 2014 Buick Lacrosse in the White Diamond finish. That was the car that I wanted and that is the car that I bought. The other employees that I worked with were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They helped me get set up with OnStar, showed me how to set the radio, set up the telephone to my cell phone and went over everything that I had questions about. They told me to come back any time that I had questions so that I would get the best use of my new car. I am very pleased with the car and the service I received from Steve and the rest of the employees at the dealership and I would gladly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for letting me share my car buying experience. It was great. More

Purchase of Buick Encore Overall the experience was excellent with one exception. The amount of time it took to finalize the deal. Total time spent at the dealer was over 4 Overall the experience was excellent with one exception. The amount of time it took to finalize the deal. Total time spent at the dealer was over 4 hours between test driving the evening before and completing paperwork and reviewing the car. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, it just took so long, waiting between processes. Justin was terrific. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely go back to Classic. More
Purchase/Trade This whole process started in the service department with Tim; who was and has been awesome. However, we then decided to look into trade-in process. This whole process started in the service department with Tim; who was and has been awesome. However, we then decided to look into trade-in process. Larry was assisting us and we found a vehicle. However, there was training that day that pulled Larry away (we understood). Then Brandon and Alison were included the process, one due to Larry's departure. Alison worked magic with financing and attempted to keep us abreast of what was happening with the vehicle (especially due to the recall situation and repairs there were to be made while we waited for the vehicle). However, there was crossover of information and misinformation. Things began to go down hill. When we were contacted a few weeks later to pick up the vehicle, all the repairs that were promised were not made. Specifically, inside of the vehicle on the doors, the trim around the windows. In addition, the vehicle was dirty and animal hair remained on the inside along with cleaning solution and a razor blade in the backseat. Brandon was very apologetic and helped us as best he could. He and Andrew (assistant manager) went to work on finding solutions for the problems. However, that took some time and those who had helped us were out of pocket to give us any updates. When we finally returned to get the vehicle again, the repairs were made. However, yet again there were problems. There was a new crack in the dash and we were given a remote and was told we needed to purchase a new battery. Andrew worked with Tim again to get the part ordered. We left not so happy and realized we had to stop for gas, as there was no gas in the vehicle. We discovered that the remote was not functioning properly was not due to the battery but that it was damaged and someone attempted to glue it back together. We had to go back to the dealership yet again. Andrew took care of the situation by getting us a new remote. However, no one took noted that both remotes would have to be reprogrammed. Again, we returned the next day and had our remote reprogrammed. Then after only two days of driving the vehicle we noticed a problem with the brakes (could hear a rubbing sound) and a shaking with the steering wheel when the brakes were applied. We believe there is possibly a problem with the rotors and hub bearings. Although, we aren't professional mechanics; THERE ARE problems to which we haven't returned since last week, Friday when we had the remote reprogrammed. This is due to frustration with the process and what seems to be lack of quality control. Everyone is extremely nice and our problems have been addressed; however, such problems with a vehicle that was certified seems unacceptable. We wanted to stay with the GMC family, however, I feel like I may have made a mistake. More
