After having it towed into the service department on a Friday night, a technician was alrea My alternator went out on the coldest day of the year. After having it towed into the service department on a Friday night, a technician was already assessing the problem early Saturday morning. With the necessary parts in stock, they felt they could get me back on the road before the end of the day. Kim texted me at about 10:30 AM and said my car was ready for pickup! I was amazed. Everyone in the department is always friendly, explains any problem thoroughly, and follows up faithfully. We have been customers for 26 years and always very satisfied. More
