Clear explanation on what service was needed and outstanding customer service. UPDATE: 6/24/2020 Went in for a battery replacement. After overnight at the dealership received car with the positive terminal totally unhooked. Thank god that car did not stall on my way back. Also asked to look into the passenger side window not being able to operate from the driver side. Was told it was looked into and working fine but still having an issue with that. They want to charge me 160 for additional "diagnostic testing" on switch. When did the service by Muller go from Excellent to Bad ? Sad !! : More
