Great experience with the purchase of a 2026 Atlas Cross Sport. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and on the test drive. I just bought a 2021 VW Tiguan and traded in my 2019 Tiguan. I drove down from Madison, WI, and it was a pleasant buying experience. My salesman Jack and his Sales Manager were very customer service minded, and we were able to quickly strike a fair deal for each of us. Also kudos to Jared who found and overnighted my garage door opener that I left behind. Great service after the sale. The only negative was dealing with the F and I agent Scott. Very high pressure to buy a $3500 extended service plan and acted quite annoyed when I didn’t. I realize that his job is to sell loans, insurance and ESPs, but it is important to also be gracious when someone is paying with cash. Overall, it was a very good shopping experience, and we love our new car! More
