Concurrently, while Eric from the finance department finalized my purchase, Marcus diligently transferred the contents of my trade-in to the new Forester and set the new car up, ensuring a seamless transition. He then introduced me to the new vehicle, highlighting several important features before concluding for the evening. As the dealership was closing, Sebastian Pawlasek, who had been contributing behind the scenes, was finalizing the evening's duties. Unexpectedly, an issue arose, and Sebastian came out to assist me in the rain.
