Once we arrived, Jeff Spivak made the buying experience hassle free and was not pushy like some of the salespeople I encountered at other dealerships. He was willing to work with me to ensure I was buying exactly what I wanted and needed. Even after I purchased the car, Jeff has been so helpful in answering my questions and making sure my Subaru needs are being met. As a first time car buyer, I was a little nervous about financing as I had no prior experience with it. Asim Aslam made the process simple and was patient while he explained things to me. A few days later I brought my car in to get a protection package for the interior and exterior. Jose Linares worked with me ahead of time to set up an appointment that would work with my schedule and reserve a loner vehicle so I could drive to work. When I arrived to drop off my car, Tony was happy to assist me. He got me set up in the loner vehicle, and made sure the washer fluid was topped off before I left which I was especially thankful for in the snow/ice storm we had that day. Even the seat warmer was on when I got in to drive away! I highly recommend Muller Subaru. The entire team has gone above and beyond - Great customer service! More

Stan was so exceptionally knowledgeable and really cared to make sure that we really understood all of the ins and outs of the process and the car we were interested in. John Rabenda was thoughtful and helpful explaining financing. Joe Lee got us in the door and helped facilitate and was responsive and helpful.
