Fantastic Customer Service! I brought my Rogue in recently for an oil change. I had such a great experience that I decided it was worth sharing. To begin with, the service area a I brought my Rogue in recently for an oil change. I had such a great experience that I decided it was worth sharing. To begin with, the service area at this dealership was very welcoming and clean. I trusted handing my car keys off and waiting comfortably for them to do their work. Ryan Crawley assisted me and really explained what was being done and what else needed to be done. He answered my questions and showed patience with some of my lack in understanding. He knows what he is talking about and that made me feel even more comfortable bringing my car in. I was never interested in bringing my car to a dealership because I always thought between the sales department and "dealer stigma" that I'd be uncomfortable or reeled in to trading my car in for a newer/better model. Neither of which were close to true. Ryan really was a great face of the department and I will be back indefinitely. Thanks! More
I strongly recommend this dealership (now anyway!). Muller Nissan and previously North Shore Nissan has been where I usually go for "dealership required" service because it is conveniently located for Muller Nissan and previously North Shore Nissan has been where I usually go for "dealership required" service because it is conveniently located for me right on route 41 a couple miles from Highland Park Hospital. However, I would only take it for the required type of work because of price and the rude older man in the service department that worked there for many years that made me feel like a big walking purse to him. Let me happily say they have made changes at Muller. The entire atmosphere feels different as soon as you drive in. Michael Stewart is the new Service Manager and he is so nice and even fun to talk with. AND their pricing now is completely awesome. An oil change at Muller's is now less than I paid last time I went to Wal-Mart - with the factory filter. Michael explained why they are different and how they only used an upgraded type of oil for their oil changes, like the high mile oil change I got at Wal-Mart last time for almost $50 is only $30 at the dealership. A dealership costing less for factory parts - am I on a hidden camera? Besides the repair of a rattle that ended up just being some rusty shield thing (that he didn't charge me to do!) I had them do my oil change that I was going to Wal-Mart afterwards to do. Then they explained they would do an inspection and make sure I was "ready for winter" - here comes the money part. They actually showed me my filters - I have 2 other filters on my car I guess besides the oil one. They showed me that they were starting to get dirty but that they would last until the next visit when I would be due for service package that they would be cheaper in. What?!?! The dealer telling to wait to save money!?!? I am going to Michael at Muller Nissan from now on - good bye Wal-Mart. More
