After purchasing my new 2012 Honda CR-V, there was a recall for the door latches. I scheduled an appointment with Lee for the recall and at the same time ordered some additional add-ons to be done. Dealt with Robin for ordering the add-ons and got a great price for the parts and labor. I informed Lee that I'd wait for everything to be done. Lee informed me that it would be about a 2 & 1/2 to 3 hour wait, did I need a loaner car but stated that I'd bring a book to read while waiting. The treatment that was given on my first visit with the parts & service department was simply fantastic! Later I received a e-mail invitation for a Service Clinic on my new car. This clinic was conducted on a Saturday by Marc Schwartz the Service Director. Marc explained to all who attended about the service codes that would be appearing on our vehicles in the near future, what to do when they appeared, explained about the 3 year warranty provided by the manufacture, introduced us to the Body Shop Manager who then explained about the body shop if we ever needed body work done. During the clinic, all our vehicles were washed and a gift, (Car Care Kit) was place in each vehicle. This Service Clinic was extremely informative and all dealers should provide this to their customers! After deciding on having the rear spoiler added, I ordered the part from Robin, made the appointment with Lee for the installation, waited while spoiler was installed, was treated with the greatest respect, friendliness and made to feel like part of a family. Muller Honda and ALL the employees provide the greatest attention to ALL their Customer's needed! I will only have Muller Honda perform all service work on my Honda CR-V. I HIGHLY recommend Muller Honda to everyone, family & friends. Their friendly, professional attention to all my needs and concerns can not be matched! Thank You Muller Honda and ALL your Employees for a job extremely well done! You have a Life Time Customer in my family and me! This is the reason you have so many repeat customers. Following my complaint, I was contacted by both the sales manager and the service manager, both of whom went out of their way to ensure that my concerns were properly addressed. I am pleased to report that I just picked up my car from my first service appointment, handled by Lee Brownstein, who couldn't have been more courteous, professional, and supportive. If you happen to have a problem at Muller, you should contact Marc or Harry, and I guarantee they will remedy the situation promptly! More
I went in for the required maintenance for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. Lucasz has been the Service advisor who has helped me in the past, and it was a comfort to know that h transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. Lucasz checked in me in promptly and provided a cost and time estimate. As soon as he had additional information, he let me know that I also needed front brake work. Lucasz showed me the parts that needed to be serviced, and explained what needed to be done. He was very helpful in helping me make the decision to get the additional work done, and gave me a revised time and cost estimate. He always has a friendly face and is always there to answer any questions. I really appreciated his advice and help, as always. More
Our Pilot was serviced on 1-10-11. Lee Brownstein was AMAZING: so smart, intuitive, and savvy. They gave great explanations as to what was done to the car yesterday, and why. They also prepare us for what to expect in the future. We always learn a little something more about our car in the service department, that we didn't know before we brought it in (something about the dashboard, computer signals, interior etc)! Thank you to Lee and everyone else for being so accommodating and intelligent about our car. We felt comfortable yesterday, as we always do. More
I had a scheduled Express Service appointment on 12/18/10. The gentleman at the desk came to me in the waiting room and explained that besides the regular service, I desparately needed rear brakes 12/18/10. I know that he felt awful having to give me that news one week before Christmas, but he explained that it was necessary and really couldn't wait any longer. I, of course, was not prepared to have a large service bill that day, but I knew when I drove my car away that it had been properly taken care of and I had received every courtesy and explanation to ensure that I was also taken care of properly. The service department even stayed late to complete the work (since none of us were aware of these urgent repairs at the time I made my appointment). I have always recommended Muller Honda and feel confident and secure with how I am treated as well as my car which I purchased from them. NO ONE ELSE HAS EVER WORKED ON MY ACCORD AND NO ONE EVER WILL AS LONG AS I OWN IT!!! More
