Dillon gave me my keys, and I was off! A happy customer! More

He spent much of his day making sure he kept in contact with me and a Honda dealership I had worked with out of state. He was prompt in calling me back (as well as leaving me a voice mail when I couldn't answer). He waited to make sure my fax went through and called me afterward. And he came out and looked at my tire and talked me through possible solutions and prices. He was quick to tell me when he didn't know an answer and assured me he'd find out the answers and get back. I really hope he receives praise from his team for his politeness and ability to work patiently with a frustrated client. Thanks again, Peter. There was also a tech who I didn't catch the name of, but offered to check my tires and put air in them before I left even though I showed up without an appointment and wasn't even leaving my car there to be serviced. And when I offered him a couple dollars to show gratitude, he refused. Thanks again. I wish more business hired workers like this one. It'd save me a lot of headaches. More

It took three visits to finally get a defective tire pressure warning system in a (certified pre-owned) Honda Odyssey diagnosed and fixed because they didn't want to order the "expensive" part the first pressure warning system in a (certified pre-owned) Honda Odyssey diagnosed and fixed because they didn't want to order the "expensive" part the first time. Recently, the same car had a flashing engine light that obviously required immediate attention. Muller said they would call back in the afternoon, but didn't. When I called them the next morning they estimated being able to look at it sometime next week. Called Castle Honda and they said they could look at it immediately. Castle fixed the engine problem, a low tire pressure indication & changed the oil in an hour and a half. More
My first visit was in November/December 2012 after moving from California and driving my Honda cross country. I believe Marc Swartz took care of me and was wonderful. My second visit was 2 weeks ago for oil from California and driving my Honda cross country. I believe Marc Swartz took care of me and was wonderful. My second visit was 2 weeks ago for oil filter checkup and worn brake pads. I believe Javed took care of me and was great. My third visit was yesterday 6/18 to replace my front bumper, Charlie and Bob took care of me and were wonderful, Muller Honda is an excellent dealership, all the staff are great, the work and the customer service are awesome.
