Old car needed service My daughter was taking our 14 year old car back to school and we needed to have it serviced. My husband spoke to Mark the service manager on the phone My daughter was taking our 14 year old car back to school and we needed to have it serviced. My husband spoke to Mark the service manager on the phone and I dealt with him when I took in the car. He was great-we took the car for a short drive to be sure that our speakers were working. He noticed a red light on. This was a Saturday. They were able to order the warrantied part on Monday morning, got it in Tuesday morning, and were able to replace brakes and take care of the warranty problem all before 4 on Tuesday. My daughter left for school Wednesday morning. Roberto in service was amazing. He was attentive and communicated with me every step of the way. He even found me the best coupon available. I am so pleased with the service we had. More

Great Customer Service! First time at the dealership. I had a potential problem with my electrical system. Worked with Michael, they could not replicate my issue with the war First time at the dealership. I had a potential problem with my electrical system. Worked with Michael, they could not replicate my issue with the warning lights. Michael has his team do an analysis of the electrical system that checked clean. He also did not charge me for any of the work given the car passed the check. Customer service was great - I will be using them for future service. More
