It took 2.5 hours for a oil change. I made an appointment at 7am on a Saturday and was promised when I checked in (after 20 minutes of waiting in line to be checked in) that it would be I made an appointment at 7am on a Saturday and was promised when I checked in (after 20 minutes of waiting in line to be checked in) that it would be done in 45 minutes. It actually took about an hour and 15 minutes. Then the car was not washed (because it had rained ealier) so I asked the dealer to wash my car. I was told that it would be 10 minutes. Then 30 minutes went by so I asked for status. It turned out that my car was done but they forgot to get me. Then they gave me the wrong keys! So I had to go back in again and waited in line to get my keys. There were 2 representatives at the main counter when the store opened to serve like 10 customers and an oil change representative showing up about 20 minutes after the store opened. Service has not been as good as it used to be but this is the worse experience I had with this dealership. I am seriously thinking about switching to another dealership if this doesn't get better. More

Great Service, good price I like Muller a lot. My only beef with them is that they are overloaded. It is tough to get an appointment. Thus time, I got the appointment, but n I like Muller a lot. I had not planned on being without the car for that long, although it worked out fine. More
