Service Issue - Done Right with a Great Loaner Dealt with Sean in the Service Department who helped me resolve a noise issue which required a full day of repair. Not only was the repair done within the time allotted, but I also received an outstanding loaner for the day - which they actually allowed me to keep until the following morning given my schedule, which I really appreciated. My 2009 Honda is purring like a cat again! These guys are tops in my book. Thanks! More

We know things are a little higher at the dealer but have wanted to ensure our car is safe to drive. We took the car in as the AC was not working; and the diagnostic cost was $215! The estimate to repair the AC was $1800, plus we needed new front and back brakes ($900), and there is a minor O-ring oil leak $1200. STICKER SHOCK. we are considering what to do but are out over $200 with nothing fixed. Bummer. More

Disappointed upon my arrival at Customer Service Years ago I left using Muller Honda because of their poor customer service. I returned when I noticed there must have been a management change or som Years ago I left using Muller Honda because of their poor customer service. I returned when I noticed there must have been a management change or something because I started using them again and even purchased a car from them. However, all good things come to an end. On July 27, 2018, I walked into the customer service area and waiting at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was standing there. There was a gentleman ahead of me and one rep kept saying sorry, be with you in a moment. A woman walked in after me, stood just right inside the door and when someone walked by her she said I haven't been helped yet. This rep said I'm with someone right now, someone will be with you shortly. A few minutes later she said it again to a different rep and he helped her immediately. Not even asking who was next in line.... basically ignoring the man ahead of me and myself. The man then got helped. And then FINALLY a rep looked up from his computer and said have you been helped. You know I haven't!!! He then helped me and apologized for the wait, but if this poor service happens again I will leave using Muller service again. The rep who finally helped me was Sean Carus. More
