Good service I brought my CRV in for 100K service. I was planing to wait at the dealership, but Sam told me that the wait will be too long because of the work invo I brought my CRV in for 100K service. I was planing to wait at the dealership, but Sam told me that the wait will be too long because of the work involved. He checked and found out that they happened to have a loaner available and I was given one for free. Same was also very nice to get me manager's discount for the service, and that was very helpful as 100K service is expensive. The service work was well done and I got my car back by the end of the day. More
Fast, efficient, and professional Came in for minor maintenance on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I thought I would need to leave the car for a few hours, but they got me Came in for minor maintenance on a Saturday morning without an appointment. I thought I would need to leave the car for a few hours, but they got me in and done very fast, before my ride even left home. There was a minor issue, but it was resolved with no hassle. In the end I would recommend Mueller Honda's service department based on my experiences so far (2 visits). More

Radio Repair It's somewhat of a long story however, My Radio stopped working in my Pilot 1.3 months ago so Muller replaced it with a refurb unit as it was still un It's somewhat of a long story however, My Radio stopped working in my Pilot 1.3 months ago so Muller replaced it with a refurb unit as it was still under warranty, the refurb unit stopped working almost 1 year to the day and they said it was no longer covered and that i would have to pay for a refurb unit ($600 +), Muller agreed to pay half of this cost. The Radio was ordered, took 2 weeks to come in and during that time my radio started working again. Muller called to schedule the install however, I told them it was no longer needed because it started working again and I did not want to pay $300 to replace a radio that is now working. Muller (Mark Schwartz) called me and offered to take care of the entire expense (labor and parts). I was very happy with this response from Muller and as I explained to Mark, this is why I am a repeat customer - I have purchased my last (3) cars at Muller Honda - they have a customer for life in me. I have also referred numerous friends and family to Muller and they are also very happy!! Thank you Mark for taking care of this!! More
Super helpful When I was changing the battery on my wireless key fob, the battery got stuck. While trying to pry the old battery out, the entire key fob fell apart When I was changing the battery on my wireless key fob, the battery got stuck. While trying to pry the old battery out, the entire key fob fell apart in my hand (little tiny button cover pieces and electronic pieces everywhere). I came to the dealership and John and another associate helped me put it back together (after noting that there were more pieces than they expected!). I really appreciated their help. More

Painless trip for service First of all I was afraid I'd need to take a day off work to get the oil changed as I have a long commute. But the scheduler said there were 6pm openings during the week. Great! When I got there, Tim Cameron took my order. I went to the waiting room and settled down with an espresso, snack, and a free newspaper. Before long my car was ready, and Tim patiently explained the findings of the MultiPoint inspection. I was even able to use a coupon for $10 off. What more could anyone ask for! More
