I had the wonderful experience of taking my car in today and was met by a wonderful service advisor---Erik Gonzales. He was so very helpful and patient and went through and answered all my questions. He was outstanding and I found that the whole service department was great including Lisa at the cashier counter. As web site said, you do not need an appointment for a oil change and they would “get you in and out quickly. I drove 20 minutes, went to the express service and was told it would be at least 2 or 3 hou oil change and they would “get you in and out quickly. I drove 20 minutes, went to the express service and was told it would be at least 2 or 3 hours. I said unacceptable. The manager came out and said they had stopped that service and it was not in their web site. I found it and showed it to him. He thanked me and said he would correct the web site. So my visit accomplished them promising to fix their web site, me wasting an hour of my time, no offer to change the oil as advertised, and me taking my business elsewhere. Totally unsatisfied. Manager’s solution was fixing the web site and he absolutely didn’t care about the customer, me. More

Excellent service experience. Great dealership! I purchased my vehicle at Muller Honda in 2018. I recently had some issues with my AC and went in to have it fixed. The service team at Muller Honda w I purchased my vehicle at Muller Honda in 2018. I recently had some issues with my AC and went in to have it fixed. The service team at Muller Honda was wonderful from A to Z. The parts needed for the fix had to be ordered and the team at Muller communicated the logistics perfectly while providing a loaner car. Muller Honda is a great place to buy from and come back to. Thanks for the great experience! More

My service advisor Luke Wichta and you service team did an amazing job diagnosing my Honda CRV vehicle problem. Also Luke is extremely knowlagable about my Honda CRV. I dropped my vehicle off for service o an amazing job diagnosing my Honda CRV vehicle problem. Also Luke is extremely knowlagable about my Honda CRV. I dropped my vehicle off for service on Tuesday night last week. I was planning on taking a Uber from Highland Park back to my home in Mundelein.Luke offered me a ride back to my home in Mundelein due to the fact it was on his way home. Luke drove me back to my home in Mundelein. Your service department fixed the problem I was having with my car. Quick fast efficient! Good communication. Waiting area pleasant also spoke to a friendly salesman while I checked out the New cars.
